This service combines 60 or 90 minutes of massage with 30 minutes of cranial work. Focusing on the neck and head, cranial work can further relieve a number of ailments, including: migraines and headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ, chronic fatigue, and stress.

Small Group Yoga

Three for the price of one

Avoid the crowds with the classmates of your choice. Bring up to two friends to your next session at no additional cost.

Sessions include the linking of breath and movement as well as guided meditation. The intensity of the yoga is up to you.
